Insight Global is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company’s manufacturing operations across Nashville, TN, Hopkinsville, KY and Clarksville, TN.

The role bridges business needs with technology, documenting BRDs and leading small projects end-to-end. Candidates should have 5–8 years in IT BA within manufacturing, strong communication skills, and experience with regulated environments, IQ/OQ/PQ testing, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IT Business Analysis experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to create BRDs and test plans.
• Experience with regulated manufacturing environments and IQ/OQ/PQ testing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document IT requirements for manufacturing operations.
• Create BRDs, process flows, use cases, and test cases.
• Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Lead small projects or workstreams with defined scope, schedule, and cost.
• Facilitate meetings with internal teams, vendors, and partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support system testing and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure quality standards.
• Perform functionality and usability testing; provide end-user training and documentation.
• Transition projects to operational maintenance and provide post-implementation support.
• Drive end-to-end process improvements and optimized workflows.
• Develop and execute test plans and UAT scenarios; manage defects prior to go-live.
• Document configuration details and knowledge transfer for IT operations; oversee go-live.
