Job summary

Sky Systems, Inc. (SkySys) is looking for an L1 + AV Technician to provide onsite support in Boise, Idaho. This role involves troubleshooting desktops, audio-visual systems, network checks, and ensuring conference room operations function smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in IT and AV support, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage devices and coordinate with remote teams. A basic understanding of networking is also required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on troubleshooting experience with desktops, laptops, and AV support devices.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals including LAN ports and cabling.
• Experience with conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex.

Responsibilities

• Perform desktop and notebook troubleshooting and coordination.
• Manage conference room AV support and device readiness.
• Assist with basic corporate printer troubleshooting and maintenance.
