• Manage asset logistics, from procurement to disposition, ensuring VA policies are followed.
• Oversee MAC tickets via ServiceNow (Moves, Adds, Changes).
• Perform annual IT asset audits and inventories.
• Coordinate ERP-based asset tracking and configuration items.
• Install, remove and transport server equipment; monitor asset lifecycles.
