Job summary

Chenega MIOS in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Logistics Technician to provide IT operational logistics support for AGC GISO. You will inventory, move, track, and dispose of excess equipment and supplies, ensuring 100% property accountability.

The role collaborates with the Operations Analyst and Service Desk to maintain documentation on NIPR/SIPR/JWICS and to generate reports, with opportunities for professional growth in a federal environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AA or 2-year Tech School preferred.
• 5+ years of logistics support or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Successfully pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Operations Analyst and Service Desk in creating and updating inventory documents for hardware, software, and consumables within multiple facilities, and support the GISO Hand Receipt process to ensure 100% property accountability.
• Provide support, including packing, unpacking, assembling, setting up, moving, labeling, inventorying, and creating/updating property transfer documentation for AGC GISO IT equipment.
• Support the GISO Hand Receipt Holder by ensuring that all property transfers are documented and approved by the COR and/or Operations Officer.
• Work with other contractors’ functional staff to maintain and update documentation for NIPR, SIPR, TSP, and JWICS Inventory lists, utilizing a mix of physical inventory and asset management system to generate reports and support configuration control documentation in Server Rooms.
• Provide input to status reports, metrics, programmatic data calls, and other deliverables as required.
