Job summary

ICF seeks an Asset / Property Manager to own the full lifecycle of IT assets and personal property for a federal technology program, from procurement through secure disposal. This hands-on role ensures accurate records, regular physical inventory, and compliance with federal property management regulations.

The position is hybrid and based in the Washington, DC Metro area, with onsite inventory requirements. US residency and ability to obtain a Public Trust are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required for federal work.
• 2+ years managing asset lifecycle programs under federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update a comprehensive IT asset and personal property inventory in federal systems of record.
• Execute annual physical inventory cycle and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly inventory status reports for the PAO.
• Tag and label assets with required data in the system of record.
• Coordinate with DaaS vendors on procurement logistics and asset intake.
• Support end-of-life asset disposal with secure data removal and documentation.
• Maintain audit documentation and compliance reports.
