Job summary

MSC is seeking an On-Site Service Specialist in Wisconsin to deliver exceptional customer service and manage inventories at large customer locations. You will support procurement, order placement, and MSC ControlPoint Solutions, including Vending, Vendor Managed Inventory, and Crib systems.

You will drive value through on-site engagement, solution optimization, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years in telephone sales, outside sales, storeroom/inventory management, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions, including VMI, vending, and storeroom programs.
• Perform ordering, product put-away, and inventory optimization.
• Promote MSC customer loyalty through solution support and CARE program execution.
• Maintain 6S standards across all solution equipment and areas.
• Log daily activities in Salesforce (SFDC).
