The role involves managing MSC ControlPoint solutions, VMI, vending, and storeroom programs while performing ordering and inventory optimization to support onsite service delivery.

The position requires a self-starter with strong computer systems skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with ability to use computer systems and applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Well-spoken with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions, including VMI, vending, and storeroom programs.
• Perform ordering, product put-away, and inventory optimization.
• Promote customer loyalty through solution support and execution of the CARE program (Clean, Arrange, Relationships, Exceed Expectations).
• Maintain 6S standards across all solution equipment and areas.
• Log daily activities in Salesforce (SFDC) and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.
