Mallory Safety & Supply is hiring a Part-Time Onsite Inventory Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting customers by preparing, delivering, and replenishing inventory at key accounts, including driving a company transit van.

The position is ideal for someone active, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a hands-on, customer-facing role with a flexible part-time schedule (16–24 hours per week, typically 2–3 days).

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active.
• Strong customer service skills for onsite visits.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fill vending machines and inventory systems at key customer accounts.
• Prepare for deliveries by running refill and inventory reports.
• Pull and verify inventory prior to delivery.
• Prep products for vending and assist with warehouse tasks.
• Maintain accurate inventory and organization standards.
• Provide excellent customer service while onsite.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and solve problems in real time.
