Mallory Safety & Supply is hiring an Onsite Inventory Specialist to support client sites by replenishing PPE and various safety products, auditing inventory, and maintaining accuracy. You will act as Mallory’s representative, ensuring top safety standards on site and providing excellent customer service.

The role requires independent work in an industrial setting, with typical shifts Monday through Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM and occasional weekends during peak production.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset with ability to interact with clients.
• Experience handling inventory in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Replenish PPE and safety items in vending machines, lockers, and cabinets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through standard processes and quality checks.
• Prepare and review cycle counts and reports to ensure stock levels.
