Job summary

Mallory Safety & Supply is hiring an Onsite Inventory Specialist to join our Onsite team in Austin, TX. The role focuses on fulfilling orders and auditing inventory onsite at client sites while maintaining the highest safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, warehouse/inventory experience, and strong customer service skills. This position may offer overtime and growth opportunities within a growing safety distribution company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience.
• Previous warehouse, merchandising, and/or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering results.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with technology and various software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Eligible for rehire if previously employed with Gigafactory.

Responsibilities

• Replenish PPE and other safety and industrial items in vending machines, lockers, and cabinets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by following process development and quality standards.
• Reports and cycle counts to ensure the customer always has stock.
• Inspect first aid cabinets, AEDs, eye wash and shower stations, and emergency lights.
• Document inspections via virtual reporting software.
• Complete detailed audits using a checklist.
• Communicate effectively with internal teammates and external customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Continuous lifting, bending, and walking throughout the shift.
