Job summary

Spectraforce is seeking a Specialist I, Supply Chain to manage daily inbound workflow of reagents and consumables for regulated lab operations. The role covers receiving, quarantine, storage, and distribution with emphasis on accuracy of inventory transactions.

The position requires on-site work and involves adherence to FDA, ISO, CLIA, and other quality systems, with potential QA insights on regulatory qualifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months inventory or material management experience preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or molecular tech industry is a plus.
• Exposure to inventory management software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving activities for GMP and Non-GMP materials in ERP and Laboratory Management systems.
• Issue and deliver materials using Kanban and 5S to maintain inventory levels.
• Perform cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy aligns with goals.
• Provide shipping and logistics support for inbound and outbound materials.
• Create material requisitions in ERP and coordinate with Procurement on supplier deliveries.
• Adhere to SOPs for inventory management, safety, and waste disposal; ensure regulatory compliance.
