Job summary

Eagle Analytical seeks an Inventory Specialist to manage material handling and inventory control for laboratory and production operations. You will maintain accurate records, perform cycle counts, and ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory procedures while moving across warehouse, labs, and production areas in a fast-paced setting.

You will collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and production to ensure material availability and timely fulfillment, while reporting on inventory metrics

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of inventory control or warehouse operations experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience handling hazardous materials preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
• Knowledge of cGMP, USP, ISO 17025, and FDA regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office; cycle counting and root cause analysis required.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily task flow to ensure efficient warehouse operations and maintain a clean, organized storage area in compliance with OSHA, FDA, and cGMP standards.
• Prepare and reconcile daily cycle count discrepancies; perform root cause analysis; report findings in defined timeframes.
• Monitor inventory plans versus actuals; resolve shortages, overages, and slow/mobile material issues.
• Identify and manage minimum/maximum stock levels to ensure material flow to lab and facility.
• Maintain timely inventory reporting including waste, damage, and discrepancies; report inventory turns monthly.
• Coordinate with suppliers for level loading of incoming freight and manage returns; ensure receiving accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and production teams to ensure material availability and alignment with production demand.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System and company policies; support training and documentation.
• Support departmental goals and contribute to additional projects as assigned.
