Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Chemist I for our Toxicology Business Unit in California. Under close supervision, you will support manufacturing by operating lab equipment and following GMP procedures per SOPs.

This 12-month role involves preparing reagents, performing analytical EIA tests, maintaining records and batch logs, and collaborating with quality control teams to ensure compliant production activities; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biological Sciences.
• 0–2 years in a laboratory environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to laboratory safety rules.
• Read and understand SOPs related to job functions.
• Perform maintenance of laboratory equipment and logs.
• Manufacture products following GMP guidelines per SOPs.
• Prepare antibody solutions, drug positive solutions, enzyme-conjugate solutions, calibrators, and reagents.
• Perform analytical EIA in-process testing.
• Record results and maintain notebooks; data entry into planning systems.
• Maintain organized workspace and labeling; ensure materials are ready.
