Job summary

CX2 is seeking an Inventory & Receiving Specialist to ensure materials flow from receiving through manufacturing at our El Segundo, CA headquarters.

You will receive, inspect, label, and store materials, maintain accurate ERP records, and support production with timely kitting and kit delivery. The role requires on-site presence during shipping/receiving hours and a focus on accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, or manufacturing support.
• Experience using inventory management or ERP systems.
• Ability to conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities, part numbers, and documentation against packing slips and purchase orders; identify and report discrepancies.
• Accurately process received materials in the inventory management system, including labeling, organizing, and storing inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels through effective warehouse organization and ongoing monitoring of material availability.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, ensure material traceability, and communicate shortages to Purchasing.
• Review work orders and BOMs to pull, verify, and kit required materials for manufacturing jobs, delivering kits on schedule.
