Job summary

CX2, Inc. is seeking an Inventory & Receiving Specialist to ensure materials flow efficiently from receiving through manufacturing at our El Segundo, CA HQ.

The role requires onsite presence during shipping/receiving hours and involves kitting materials for upcoming jobs, inventory control, and helping production stay on schedule. You will verify shipments, process transactions in our ERP, maintain records, and support resolution of discrepancies with Purchasing and Operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in receiving, inventory control, warehouse ops, or manufacturing support.
• Experience using inventory management or ERP systems.
• Ability to conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments against packing slips and POs; report discrepancies.
• Process received materials in the ERP system; label, organize and store inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor material availability.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies; report shortages.
• Pull, verify and kit materials for manufacturing jobs per BOMs.
• Deliver production kits and manage material returns to inventory.
