Job summary

CX2 Inc. in El Segundo, CA is seeking an Inventory & Receiving Specialist to ensure materials flow from receiving through manufacturing. You will own inventory accuracy, inspect shipments, record transactions in our ERP, and kit materials for upcoming jobs.

This onsite role requires hands-on, detail‑oriented work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will maintain precise inventory records, perform cycle counts, and support production by timely kit delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in receiving, inventory control, or related warehousing/manufacturing support.
• Experience using inventory management or ERP systems.
• Ability to conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect shipments; verify quantities, part numbers, and documentation.
• Process received materials in the ERP system; label, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels through effective warehouse organization and controls.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits; reconcile discrepancies and report shortages.
• Review work orders and BOMs to pull, verify, and kit materials for manufacturing jobs.
• Deliver production kits to manufacturing on schedule and manage returns.
