Job summary

Data Center Storage and Logistics (DCSL) in Martinsburg, WV, is standing up a dedicated warehouse to receive, store, and stage critical electrical and mechanical equipment for an AI infrastructure client. The Program PM owns inventory data, the WMS/IMS, and the client-facing dashboard.

This site-based role focuses on operational excellence, data integrity, and continuous improvement while collaborating with the Site Leader and Warehouse Lead to ensure timely deliveries and accurate records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inventory control, warehouse systems, logistics coordination, or data-focused operations.
• Hands-on experience with WMS/IMS/ERP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy from receipt to outbound shipment.
• Set up and maintain client projects in the WMS/IMS and the equipment digital twin.
• Lead receiving data capture with the Warehouse Lead, including inspections and verification.
• Run cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies, documenting causes and fixes.
• Maintain client dashboard and reporting with timely inventory data.
• Coordinate data/documentation with carriers and manufacturers.
