Job summary

Data Center Storage and Logistics in Ashland and Stafford, VA seeks a Warehouse PM to own on-site execution of warehouse operations, from inbound receiving to load-out, ensuring safety, accuracy and efficiency.

You will direct floor activities, manage third-party rigging teams, coordinate with Program PMs, maintain the WMS twin, perform audits, and travel as needed to support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or related field with direct responsibility for physical product movement.
• Experience directing third‑party rigging, handling, or moving crews and holding vendors to safety and performance standards.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse equipment as needed.
• Solid understanding of warehouse safety standards and OSHA requirements.
• Valid driver’s license; background check required; ability and willingness to travel to DCSL locations.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound process for customer product, coordinating receiving, offload, and staging on arrival.
• Manage third‑party rigging, handling, logistics, and moving teams; ensure safety, timelines, and quality.
• Coordinate with approved provider bench and ensure current insurance and qualifications.
• Report and escalate building issues to Facilities while maintaining safety protocols.
• Direct warehouse layout, staging, storage, and movement tracking; ensure accurate load-out.
• Perform inspections of incoming/outgoing product and document discrepancies.
• Maintain real-time WMS and equipment digital twin to match floor records and customer reporting.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and support new site launches and onboarding.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in workflows; travel to other sites as needed.
