Job summary

TestEquity is seeking an Integrated Supply Specialist to manage and optimize warehouse and inventory activities at customer sites in Austin, TX. You will pull orders, ensure 100% accuracy, deliver on time, and maintain safety and forklift certifications.

The role requires 2+ years warehousing experience, HS diploma, HazMat certification or willingness to obtain, and clean background checks; you will collaborate with Line Leads and Managers to improve service and uncover new opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years warehousing experience in industrial/distribution sectors.
• 2+ years inventory processing, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
• HazMat certification or willingness to complete within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license with DMV checks.

Responsibilities

• Work performed at customer site.
• Order pulling with 100% product accuracy.
• Deliver orders to local customers on-time.
• Monitor bin locations, shelf life, FIFO, and cycle counts.
• Maintain forklift and safety training certificates.
• Communicate with supervisor and customer to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify potential new business opportunities with existing or new customers.
• Overtime may be required on weekdays or weekends.
