Job summary

Rocket Lab is seeking an Inventory Coordinator II to join the Middle River, MD site. You will manage inbound/outbound inventory, maintain stock accuracy, and support on-time delivery for production kits and Kanban materials.

The role emphasizes FIFO, cycle counts, and ERP/MRP system use in a fast-paced aerospace environment. The position offers a competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits, with salary information disclosed as a base pay range for MD.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1+ year of experience.
• Proficient using Microsoft Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Access).
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive inwards goods on a FIFO basis and ensure SOPs for processing of inwards goods are adhered to.
• Ensure accurate and on time delivery of components and production kits in accordance with production & transfer order plans / priorities.
• Ensure supply of Kanban materials to shop floor is sustained.
• Raw material movements and replenishment.
• Receive inwards goods on a FIFO basis and ensure SOPs for processing of inwards goods are adhered to.
• Ensure accurate and on time delivery of components and production kits in accordance with production & transfer order plans / priorities.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and stock point accuracy is maintained.
• Participate in a daily cycle counting program.
• Maintain FIFO and stock rotation.
• Maintain LN stock movements and investigate discrepancies.
