Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist for a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm shift at our Lewisville, TX fulfillment center. You will maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts, and ensure data integrity to support on-time order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational and analytical skills, are comfortable with RF scanners and WMS, and can collaborate with receiving, packing and shipping teams in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and audits.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and data integrity in the fulfillment center.
• Perform daily cycle counts and audits; resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor inbound/outbound movements; document and track inventory.
• Coordinate with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping teams.
• Support inventory-related reporting and leadership review.
• Operate RF scanners and other inventory-tracking tools.
• Participate in physical counts and year-end inventories.
