Responsibilities

• Work Daily Omit Reports: verify usage via Smartsheet and buyer team.
• Work Smartsheet Usage/Order Requests: manage requests and updates in CRM.
• Report escalations to Account Executive prior to visits.
• Manage lot and expiration date corrections within 2 hours.
• Process shortages and overages; handle mis-picks and returns.
• Stock checks; inventory adjustments; contract pricing follow-up.
