Job summary

Kirby Risk Corporation is seeking an Account Asset Specialist in Indianapolis, IN to manage and optimize customer inventory programs. You will analyze inventory needs, ensure material availability, and drive improvements in flow and reliability across customer sites.

The role emphasizes data integrity, proactive service, and strong communication with customers. A high school diploma plus relevant experience is preferred, with MS Office proficiency and a commitment to safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of electrical product experience or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage inventory programs at customer sites to ensure material availability.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to improve accuracy and reduce waste.
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and installed base evaluations to maintain data integrity.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory flow and reduce costs for customers and Kirby Risk.
• Deliver, receive, stock, and replenish materials at customer locations to support operations.
