Job summary

Kirby Risk in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support customer projects by maintaining inventory flow from receipt to delivery. This role emphasizes ownership of inventory operations within a growing, project-focused team.

You will verify quantities, enter data into the warehouse management system, and collaborate with the Project Storage team to ensure timely material readiness for customer timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 15 feet.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform physical work all day.
• Forklift experience and handling 20 ft bundles a plus.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Software; AutoDesk Construction Cloud a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize materials, verify quantities, report damage.
• Enter receiving information into the warehouse management system.
• Process returns and assist with freight claims.
• Maintain inventory throughout lifecycle and perform cycle counts.
• Coordinate with Project Storage to meet timelines.
• Pick, stage, and load materials for customer orders safely.
• Uphold safety and keep shelves stocked and organized.
• Support continuous improvement for customer satisfaction.
