Job summary

Kirby Risk Corporation is seeking an Account Asset Specialist to manage crib/inventory programs at customer sites and deliver exceptional service. You will monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and identify opportunities to improve flow and reduce costs while maintaining data integrity and reliability.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 2+ years in electrical product experience, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of electrical product experience; counter sales or industrial maintenance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license (must be 21+).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reading and math skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage crib/inventory programs at customer sites to ensure consistent material availability and minimize downtime for customers.
• Monitor, analyze, and maintain inventory levels to improve accuracy, reduce waste, and ensure the right products are on hand when needed.
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and installed base evaluations to maintain data integrity and support informed decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory flow and standardization to increase efficiency and reduce costs for both the customer and the business.
• Deliver, receive, stock, and replenish materials at customer locations to keep operations running smoothly and maintain service reliability.
• Promote value-added services and identify product conversion opportunities to enhance customer operations.
