RCM Health Care Services is seeking an Intervention Specialist in Garfield Heights, OH 44125. The role focuses on supporting students with IEPs and English Language Learners, working with classroom teachers and families to promote academic and social-emotional growth.

The position is onsite in a school setting with responsibilities including IEP planning, assessments, and collaboration across teams. Current state license and background checks are required, with a competitive hourly compensation

Qualifications

• Current state license.
• Ability to pass FBI/BCI background checks.

Responsabilités

• Support educational and behavioral goals for students, including IEP and ELL.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth.
• Interpret student abilities and disabilities; assist in intervention strategies and modify curricula as needed.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and write behavior improvement plans.
• Facilitate IEP meetings and write IEP goals and objectives.
• Plan daily lessons using best practices and culturally responsive teaching.
