You will develop multimedia and instructional material, collaborate with SMEs, and guide ISD projects from analysis through evaluation to improve course effectiveness. The role requires a bachelor’s in educational technology or equivalent 5 years ISD experience, and proficiency with Adobe Captivate, SCORM, and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Educational Design or 5 years ISD experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Captivate and SCORM packaging.
• Strong interpersonal and independent-work skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Non-Disclosure Agreement in place with company.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational expertise in multimedia, graphics, or media projects with SMEs and Production Team.
• Recommend platforms, media, tools, and delivery methods to meet training requirements.
• Test and validate online courseware and report findings with recommendations.
• Create training plans and validate ISD processes to ensure course proficiency.
• Edit and format curriculum, maintain files and records, attend meetings.
• Analyze student feedback and provide ISD-based improvements.
