Job summary

Qualifications

• Foreman: 2+ years of supervision experience.
• Installer: entry-level experience in construction or installation work.
• OSHA safety training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead small installation teams (1-5 people).
• Oversee installation processes for quality and safety compliance.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
• Manage equipment and materials on-site efficiently.
• Resolve installation and operational problems promptly.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on progress and issues.
• Handle heavy lifting and use necessary tools throughout installation.
