Job summary

Norbec is seeking an Installation Coordinator to support onsite activities for walk-in cooler and freezer installations across the United States. You will partner with project management and customer service teams to manage projects from kick-off through final customer acceptance, often traveling to customer sites and coordinating with installers and site managers.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years experience with a manufacturer of cold storage or food service equipment.
• Knowledge of reading construction plans.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and/or attend kick-off meetings for new projects.
• Assist with field surveys prior to production.
• Schedule production with GC and internal project management.
• Coordinate installation with installation companies and delivery timelines.
• Travel to customer sites to coordinate with installers and project managers.
• Provide regular site updates and field reports documenting progress.
• Ensure installation methods comply with Norbec QA/QC standards.
• Obtain customer sign-off after each project completion.
