Allweather Wood Company, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Associate for our Washougal, WA location. This on-site role includes salary of $80,168.40 per year and a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K matching and company-paid Life Insurance.

The position requires regular in-person collaboration and does not offer remote or hybrid work. Responsibilities include outbound sales calls, reporting, and supporting the outside sales team.

Qualificações

• Three years’ experience in sales/distribution, preferably in lumber and building materials.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Able to work in an on-site, collaborative office environment.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound sales calls to customers in the northwest region and provide support to the outside sales team.
• Maintain activity and results reports (daily call reports, weekly/monthly plans).
• Assist with inventory reviews and order processing for customer yards.
• Participate in customer and industry events as needed.
• Resolve customer issues by investigating problems and proposing solutions.
