Job summary

iKrusher is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Inside Sales team in Florida. This full-time, onsite role requires a hunter mentality to drive new business, build relationships, and exceed sales targets.

You will manage outbound calls, present solutions, and collaborate with internal teams. Base salary listed, plus uncapped commissions and weekly incentives, with ample room for growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of inside sales or account management experience.
• 2+ years of outbound calling and prospecting.
• Experience as a Lead Inside Sales Representative preferred.
• Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and BRM tools.
• Motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of vape/cannabis industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell company products to new and existing customers.
• Perform cold calling and outreach to generate new business leads.
• Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to offer tailored customer solutions.
• Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align sales strategy and execution.
• Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
• Deliver persuasive, audience-specific presentations.
• Attend trade shows and external promotional events.
• Maintain accurate time records by clocking in and out daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
