Job summary

ProgressiveHealth is seeking an energetic Early Intervention Specialist to provide injury prevention services onsite for a large automobile manufacturer in Montgomery. The role focuses on preventing injuries and reducing risk through early intervention.

You will lead wellness initiatives, deliver health education, supervise exercise floor, and collaborate with teams to improve workforce safety. CPR/AED certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Science or related field.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain before start date; provide proof.
• Basic knowledge of workers' compensation and OSHA regulations preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for the full shift; professional communication.
• Ergonomic or occupational health experience is a plus.
