Job summary

Accelerate Therapy and Performance is hiring a full-time Injury Prevention Specialist to support employees at a warehouse site. The role offers a predictable, 40-hour workweek with no weekends and a strong emphasis on education, early intervention, and relationship-building.

The candidate will be an Athletic Trainer or Physical Therapist Assistant, with licensing/credentials and a collaborative healthcare team to provide quality, proactive care in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Athletic Trainer with an active state license and bachelor’s degree.
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with an associate degree.
• Active CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with employees and become a trusted onsite health resource.
• Educate employees on body mechanics, movement, ergonomics, and injury-prevention strategies.
• Provide early intervention and individualized care for musculoskeletal concerns.
• Help employees remain healthy, active, and productive at work.
• Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and proactive wellness.
• Manage daily responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Partner with team members and client leaders to identify and address health trends.
• Document services and follow established clinical protocols.
