Job summary

ATI Worksite Solutions is hiring an Injury Prevention Specialist in Winston-Salem, NC. You will assess employee health, develop personalized improvement plans, and coach on body mechanics and safety in workplace settings.

You will support medical surveillance, clinic operations, and wellness education while advancing OSHA-relevant practices. A strong background in athletic training and related certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Athletic Training or related field.
• Professional licensure or certification as applicable (BOC certified or eligible, BLS/AED).
• Experience or coursework in workplace health, injury prevention, or musculoskeletal health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface with office and industrial clients to assess employee health status and create individualized improvement plans.
• Observe work performance to assess body mechanics and determine risk; develop mitigation plans.
• Educate and coach on job-specific health and wellness; assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
• Identify, develop, and provide employee health education and training on wellness and disease prevention.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Athletic Training

Associates degree as a PTA with licensure; or Bachelors’ degree in Exercise Science/Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health; or 2 years experience in a Military healthcare setting
