ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. is hiring an Injury Prevention Specialist in Winston-Salem, NC. This full-time role (40 hours, Mon-Fri day hours) focuses on developing on-site injury prevention programs for employees and interfacing with office and industrial clients to improve health outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Athletic Training
• Associates degree as a PTA with licensure; or Bachelors’ degree in Exercise Science/Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health; or 2 years in Military healthcare
• Discipline-specific license or certification as appropriate
• BLS and AED Certification
• BOC certification or eligible to sit for BOC

Responsabilidades

• Interfacing with office and industrial clients to assess employee health status and create an individualized plan for improvement.
• Observation of employee work performance to assess body mechanics, determine risk and create a plan for mitigation.
• Perform and document all employee treatments within the workplace with coaching for continuous improvement.
• Understand OSHA recordkeeping rules as they pertain to first aid (29 CFR 1904.7).
• Educate and coach employees on wellness and disease prevention topics.
• Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
