Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to oversee infrastructure and facility projects in Pittsfield, MA. This full-time onsite role will manage projects from initiation through completion, working closely with clients and contractors at the site.

You will read and apply contracts, leases, and project charters, define scope, budgets, and schedules, and lead a delivery team to meet objectives. Strong documentation and coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects in varying stages.
• Ability to deliver under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience with high-rise, luxury interior projects is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage facility and infrastructure projects directly with client personnel and contractors.
• Coordinate with onsite team to organize site records and drawings.
• Support operations staff with Emergency Response and Business Continuity plans.
• Interpret contracts, leases, and project charters to define scope and budgets.
• Define requirements, prepare scope of work, and develop schedules and milestones.
• Identify resources, conduct bid analyses, and recommend selections.
• Lead project delivery teams and provide guidance to achieve goals.
• Facilitate meetings and distribute minutes to keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain project governance, data integrity and timely documentation.
• Track progress, manage variances, and craft corrective action plans.
• Assess change orders and obtain client approvals with risk assessment.
