Job summary

CFS Technology has partnered with a growing organization to hire an Infrastructure Engineer who will provide day-to-day operational support across the Microsoft environment, business systems, and infrastructure in an onsite Portland setting.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, support end users, manage migrations, and ensure reliability of critical applications. Experience with Office 365, AD, Entra ID, and Intune is essential, with PowerShell a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Support.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Experience administering Active Directory and Entra ID; familiarity with Group Policy.
• Proficient in end-user support, troubleshooting and incident management.
• Scripting with PowerShell is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in AD and Entra ID.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Provide day-to-day end-user support and oversee system migrations and upgrades.
• Support infrastructure projects, cloud initiatives, and technology rollouts.
• Document procedures and monitor system health, backups and compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
