Job summary

Ramp Health in Lima, Ohio is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide onsite injury prevention and musculoskeletal health services for employees at a client location in Lima, Ohio.

This role applies clinical expertise outside a traditional outpatient setting, working directly with employees in an industrial workplace to identify concerns early, promote safe movement, and reduce injury risk.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Ohio Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.
• Experience in occupational health, ergonomics, or musculoskeletal prevention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite injury prevention and musculoskeletal health services within PT scope.
• Engage employees to build relationships and raise program awareness.
• Assess movement concerns and provide education and guidance.
• Lead or support stretching and movement programs.
• Document interactions per Ramp Health standards and privacy regs.
• Collaborate with safety, occupational health, and site leadership.
