Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Ohio Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Current CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite injury prevention and musculoskeletal health services within PT scope.
• Engage employees to build relationships and promote program awareness.
• Assess musculoskeletal concerns and provide education and guidance.
• Provide early intervention strategies to reduce injury risk.
• Educate on body mechanics, posture, lifting techniques, and movement strategies.
• Conduct movement observations and suggest ergonomic improvements.
• Lead or support stretching, mobility, and warm-up programs.
• Collaborate with safety, occupational health, and site leadership.
• Document interactions and services per Ramp Health standards.
