Job summary

Ramp Health is seeking a PRN Exercise Physiologist to support our Lima, OH client. You will provide on-site care to employees, focusing on safety, injury prevention, and overall wellness.

Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, delivering injury prevention education, coaching behavior change, and assisting with safety inspections and documentation. PRN schedule and background check required; CPR/First Aid certifications essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to on-site emergencies and provide first aid for minor injuries.
• Deliver individualized or group injury prevention education and treatment.
• Coach employees on behavior change, safety, and injury prevention through personalized guidance.
• Participate in emergency response drills and regular site safety walks.
• Inspect safety equipment such as AEDs, safety showers, and spill kits.
• Document interventions and support case management, communicating findings with medical professionals.
