Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment and facility systems onsite in Tulsa, OK.

You will diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, install modifications, and maintain safety protocols including LOTO. Strong problem-solving and teamwork required; lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electrical systems up to 480V including single- and three-phase.
• Experience diagnosing mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of industrial controls, automation, VFDs, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Commitment to safety and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain motors, pumps, compressors, sensors, conveyors, and other industrial equipment.
• Support and troubleshoot VFDs, PLC-controlled systems, and industrial automation equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Complete equipment installations, upgrades, modifications, and process improvement projects.
• Assist with facility maintenance including lighting, HVAC, compressed air, and general building repairs.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, contractors, and service providers to resolve issues and source parts.
• Document maintenance activities and work orders accurately.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards including LOTO; respond quickly to downtime.
