Job summary

Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on upkeep and repair of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, along with facility maintenance tasks.

You will diagnose equipment, perform preventative maintenance, manage work orders, fabricate parts, and support safety and operational improvements while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in heavy manufacturing.
• Experience with electrical systems, including 480-volt connections.
• Knowledge of crane operation and welding equipment.
• Proficient in plumbing and mechanical equipment repair.
• Ability to read and interpret machine blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Experience with preventive maintenance procedures and work order systems.
• Forklift training and certification provided by the company.
• CNC experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Complete work orders and input data in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Operate machine tools for fabrication as needed.
• Assist in ordering and managing parts and supplies inventory.
• Maintain records, including schematics, drawings, and photographs.
• Repair and replace pipes and systems for pumps and compressors.
• Provide facility maintenance like carpentry, plumbing, and painting.
• Contribute to safety and environmental improvements.
