Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years in industrial/manufacturing engineering.
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma.
- CAD tools such as AutoCAD.
- ERP/MRP systems and data analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing.
- Awareness of safety and ergonomics in manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency.
- Develop time studies, process maps, and value stream analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Design standardized work procedures and layouts.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Evaluate tools, equipment, and automation.
- Track KPIs and present to leadership.
- Train staff on new processes.
- Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards.
