Job summary

GCS Recruitment is looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Practitioner to support enterprise Agile delivery teams on Project ION in Philadelphia. You'll be facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams to enhance their delivery practices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, a strong understanding of Agile and the SAFe framework, and a proven record of working with cross-functional teams. This long-term role involves working 4 days onsite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Practitioner.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and SAFe framework.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning and Daily Stand-ups.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Partner with Product Owners on backlog prioritization and delivery planning.
