Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support three IAM teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment. You will promote Agile best practices, remove impediments, and drive delivery effectiveness across multiple workstreams.

With SAFe experience and strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, you will guide teams through Agile maturity initiatives and partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy backlogs and predictable planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or related discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies across teams and ensure delivery discipline.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy, execution-ready backlogs.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting delivery.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and workstreams.
• Shield teams from disruptions to maximize productivity.
• Drive Agile maturity initiatives aligned with organizational standards.
• Share best practices and lessons learned across teams.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders and leadership on Agile adoption.
