Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume accounts payable processing.
• Proficient in three-way matching (PO, receiving document, invoice).
• Import cost compliance and customs invoicing experience.
• Background in merchandise, inventory, or import-focused AP.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate import documentation.
• Process payments for factories and goods.
• Ensure accurate costing within the ERP.
• Perform three-way matching and resolve discrepancies.
• Support merchandise and inventory AP functions.
• Work onsite five days per week.
