Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Implementation Consultant I to play a strategic role guiding clients through moderately complex configurations, data conversion, and onboarding for our HCM platform. You will lead discovery sessions, validate configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, client relationship skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, in-office setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Customer Service or client-facing role; strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; alternative with experience accepted.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong Excel capabilities (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, data manipulation).

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor throughout the implementation process, leading meetings and maintaining communication.
• Provide post-implementation support, system maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Assist clients with data migration, data mapping, and validation for data integration into HCM software.
