Job summary

Rehlko is seeking an Electrical Systems Engineer to lead the design, validation, and implementation of advanced electrical/electronic systems for generator platforms. You will validate performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements in a collaborative environment.

The role involves mentoring team members, providing technical direction, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer and regulatory requirements. Hybrid work model with on-site presence in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET accredited) required.
• 2+ years of electrical engineering, electronic systems, or NPD/SPD experience.
• General knowledge of NEC standards; proficiency with MATLAB/PSPICE/Simulink is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support implementation of electrical components or electronic systems on generator platforms.
• Develop and execute test specifications to validate components or systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement electrical and controls systems.
• Troubleshoot failures and collaborate with suppliers for root cause analysis.
• Contribute to design reviews, DFMEA, and continuous process improvements.
