Job summary

XNRGY Climate Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Mission Critical Data Center Programs (HVAC) to lead on-site execution of complex HVAC service and construction programs for hyperscale data center environments.

The Project Manager will own execution across air-side and chiller/water-side equipment, coordinate Level 3–5 commissioning, and serve as the primary on-site face of XNRGY for customers, GCs, and trade partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HVAC service operations or project management.
• Experience with air-side and chiller/water-side systems (CRAC/CRAH, air handlers, chillers, cooling towers).
• Experience in mission-critical data centers or uptime-sensitive facilities preferred.
• Working knowledge of BMS/controls platforms (BACnet, Niagara, Modbus).
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM and service dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive scalable, cost-effective execution of mission-critical HVAC programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across rework, start-up, commissioning, warranty and field support.
• Coordinate Level 3–5 commissioning and IST.
• Represent XNRGY at GC and project meetings; maintain site presence.
