Job summary

XNRGY Climate Systems is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead on-site execution of mission-critical data center HVAC programs. You will manage both air-side equipment and chiller/water-side systems, coordinating with GCs, controls integrators, and field teams to ensure uptime and performance.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in HVAC project management within data centers, with strong knowledge of BMS/controls and ERP/CRM platforms, and a background in HVAC engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in HVAC service operations or project management.
• Experience with air-side and chiller/water-side systems.
• Experience in mission-critical data center environments preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical drawings, sequences of operation, and BMS/controls such as BACnet, Niagara, and Modbus.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and service dashboards.
• Mechanical or HVAC engineering background preferred; strong operational/program management also considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite execution of mission-critical HVAC projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across rework, start-up, commissioning, and field support.
• Oversee air-side and chiller/water-side systems performance.
• Manage commissioning, IST, and equipment start-up.
• Escalate and manage changes with GCs and operators.
• Maintain safety compliance including LOTO and hot work.
